Objective of the Project
LC Waikiki needed a way to manage product categories with large variations (e.g., different colors, sizes, and designs of hats and accessories). Traditional merchandising methods made it difficult to understand customer preferences and optimize product placement.
Solution
🔹 Customer Interaction Analytics – Buybuddy tracked which product variations had high engagement but low sales.
🔹 Demographic-Based Product Placement – AI suggested adjusting shelf positions based on customer demographics.
